We pride ourselves in providing a positive dental experience for everyone. To comply with social distancing and no-contact rules, our prize wheel will be temporarily unavailable. We have decided to offer our LPD friends a chance to choose their prize ahead of time. Our team will have the prize ready for your child to pick up at the end of his or her appointment.

Please have your child look through the menu before entering the office and choose a prize by replying to the office form texted to your cell phone.  If color choice is important, please let us know! We will do our best to match your preference. Also, please let us know if you would like your child to leave with a balloon as well.
