There is no other pediatric dentist office I would bring my child to. We went to see Dr. Bracy with my one month old son who had a tongue tie and I was so impressed by the warmth and professionalism of every single staff member we came in contact with. Since my son was so young I was so relieved when they brought us to a private room to wait so that he wouldn’t be exposed to any germs in the waiting room. During our initial consultation, Dr. Bracy was very thorough and talked us through the entire procedure so we knew exactly what to expect. They provided us with so much support on the day of the procedure from having a Speech-Language Pathologist sit with us to answer any feeding questions to having Amanda clearly explain to us the after care. The procedure itself was over in a blink of an eye and Dr. Bracy personally brought our son back to us. The procedure was a total success and has healed beautifully!
As I said before, I had such a positive experience with every person I came in contact with at La Petite Dent, however, I would like to especially recognize Virginia the Office Manager. She was with us from our initial consult until our last follow up. She has such a calming and welcoming presence and really put me at ease during this entire process. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has a true passion for what she does. She is a true asset to La Petite Dent! – Colleen R.
Class A for parents— DISNEY for kids. Everyone that I have referred so far has RAVED about La Petite. Dr. Cindy and Dr. Bracy are so incredibly professional and FUN. They also care for children with special needs. They cater children from soup to nuts- never leaving a “t” uncrossed. – La Petite Dent is superior to ANY dentist we’ve ever been to. If my friends are crossing the Hudson River to come here- then what are you waiting for??? I wish there were more than 5 stars to give!!!! Staff (who sometimes prevents people from going back) are friendly and caring. From the selfie photo booth to the “soon the wheel” prize area- its just magical. Hooray for this establishment! Oh- and it’s the CLEANEST place you will EVER take your kids. Play with all the toys! It’s super super clean!!!! – Jennifer D.
I took my 6 week old baby to La Petite Dent as recommended by my lactation consultant. My baby has both lip and tongue tie. As a dental hygienist, I’m really impressed by this office. Their team is knowledgeable and very pleasant starting from making the appointment with Helen, Carla guiding us with the procedure and post op instructions, and Dr. Bracy performing the procedure so quickly and flawlessly. The office is beautiful, clean and equipped with a lot of toys for their patients. They even have a nursery where I comfortably nursed my baby as soon as they were finished with him. My baby will definitely be back as soon as his teeth come in! – Mayrose L.
I have never been more impressed with a facility than I was at my 2.5-year-old’s first dentist appointment at La Petite Dent. They’ve really thought of everything to make the experience fun for the kids, and less stressful for the parents. My daughter was so worried about going to the dentist that I didn’t tell her we were there, even when we were in the waiting room! But the visit couldn’t have gone better, and we have every person we met with me to thank for that. The warm, smiling staff and the clean office/rooms are just the beginning. We cannot speak more highly of La Petite Dent Pediatric Dentistry!! We took our 20 month old today for his first dentist appointment and everyone was so friendly, caring, and thoughtful! My son went here at 4 weeks old and had a frenectomy. We absolutely love everything about Dr. Chay and Dr. Bracy and their staff and practice! If I had to pick one favorite thing about their practice it’s that they are so educated and knowledgeable, and share step by step what they are doing, what to expect, and take their time with each patient and parents to ensure you have all you need before you walk out the door. I trust my sons dental health completely and their practice has always been consistent. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend! – Julie W.
Dr. Kay Bracy and her team are actual magic workers. My expectations for bringing my son to the dentist were basically a more exaggerated version of trying to brush his teeth twice a day – a tough task to say the least. I thought there was no way my 2 year old would open his mouth for a dentist. But Dr. Bracy is a special breed – she turned the whole appointment into a fun game, from counting teeth with her little mirror to cleaning his teeth with her special zebra electronic toothbrush – my son not only opened up, he was laughing, giggling and engaged the whole time! Receiving a balloon, sunglasses (after spinning the wheel of fortune) and a truck at the end of the visit only sealed the deal that this is a fun place to go, and not an event to dread (as I did as a kid). Making appointments with Dr. Kay and her partner is a breeze, as Helen, her office manager is as pleasant as can be and they even followed up with a sweet card and picture of my son smiling with Dr. Kay for his first visit! Clean, beautiful office with state of the art equipment and a very welcoming, toy-filled waiting room. I can’t recommend Dr. Kay and her team highly enough! We are huge fans and feel so lucky to have found a wonderful, professional and caring dentist for our son. Lifelong patients here (or at least childhood long)! – Liz B.
The staff at La Petite Dent is simply amazing and the best!! I’ve been going there with my 6 year old and it is the best dentist experience we’ve ever had. He loves them and looks forward to his next visit. Now I’m taking my 2 year old, and even though she is a tough patient Dr.Bracy and her staff- Gabby, Amanda and everyone there made her visit such a fun and pleasant one!! Wonderful experience! This is truly a unique, professional, clean, gentle, bright, attentive, informative, amazing place to bring your child. Definitely made for kids. Even if you removed all the extra touches, you would still have a great experience. I sensed that everyone took a pleasure at having my daughter at the office and appreciated my patronage. Dr. Cindy Chay is absolutely wonderful with children. My six- year- old daughter and two-year-old son were terrified of the dentist. Dr. Cindy took things very slowly and really “spoke their language.” She helped them feel so comfortable, they were able to cooperate and the overall visit was not only a success but a pleasure! I can’t say enough about this office. Everyone who works there is passionate about working with children. The waiting area is bright and fun, and there are toys to play with and a non-intrusive video screen playing educational children’s programs. My kids are actually looking forward to their next visits!! -Deidre C.
It’s been the best dental experience I’ve ever had so far! My kids were treated like royalty! The ladies at the front desk are so friendly, nice and helpful . They’re genuinely happy to see their patients. I’ve never been to such a friendly and welcoming practice in my entire life. The only regret I have is that we could not have found this place a long time ago. I always look forward to taking my kids to the dentist now:) Dr. Bracy is the most gentle, positive and professional dentist I’ve ever met. Amazing experience with Dr. Chay and all of the staff at La Petite dent! My six year old son had two cavities filled using the laser and he actually said it was the funnest dentist trip ever when he was done! The office is very welcoming and they go above and beyond to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Helen was very patient and spent a lot of time answering my questions over the phone when I called. I am very grateful to have found this office and highly recommend it! –Tara R.
